Goggle lake Bastrop fishing report. TPW post a weekly report on what’s biting on what. I launch from the south shore myself.
Show respect to other boats, enjoy every day and every bite on the water you never know when it’s going to be the last. Keep a tight line and hook baited can’t catch ‘em on credit.

I always go out of the North Shore park. The boat ramp is fine. Water is LOW, there is lots and lots of vegetation. It will be cold in the morning (low 40s) and will warm up during the day. With bluebird skies and high barometric pressure, the fishing will probably be hard. JMO.

Someone should have mentioned that the South Shore Ramp is a bear to load a boat especially when the water is low!!

My apologies I didn’t realize. I’m launching a 16’ flat bottom from there only a time or two but had no problem. Didn’t even dawn on me it may be hard on larger boats.
