tell me about run flat tires. Can you stick a pair of radials on the back then convert the front later? Or do I just need to stick with run-flats and switch all 4 out at the same time to radials at a later date? Thanks guys

If the ones on the front are "almost" new then I would buy 2 new tires for the back that match. I've never liked running different treads on a car, but that's just me.

You're fine running different treads on front and back. Replace the back two and rotate frequently.

It is OK to run different tire/treads as long as it is not a high performance car like a Corvette or something. Those run flats are expensive tires. You probably need to find a spare tire, rim, jack and lug nut wrench especially if you are going to be driving it on the highway out of town.
