I'm going on three years with my Bosch Icon blades, since it never rains in my part of Texas they are mainly used for dead bug removal. I'm pretty sure in a hard rain I'd wish I had replaced them a year ago.

The Bosch Icon blades are the best I have used. I will try all of the others on my work truck to see if any of them are as good as the Bosch but none of them are. I have never been disappointed in any Bosch product.

I get mine changed every time I get the oil changed on my company work truck. I think Rainex is what on there now. about 40$ each time.

35 each is high. I use rain x and try not to use the wipers if I can get away with it. Same here. A good coat of RainX works better than any wipers I've ever used.

It's been hinted at multiple times.
RainX often times does, oh, I'd surmise, 80% of the work.
Noisy blades would be annoying though.

Addendum: Could "noisy blades" make the "Top 10 Worst Things That Can Happen To A Man" list?

For me they are a consumable item. I buy the cheapest ones at Walmart and replace them as needed.
