Theirs is 15 and under.
In Oklahoma a valid license is required for persons age 16 and older. By law you must have your fishing license in your possession at all times while fishing. This came off takemefishing.org.
Like I said for only $12 I am not sure it's worth the risk.

some tournament trails require all contestants to have fishing license .

15 and younger are exempt. as long as your from one of the states that are listed under their exemptions.. Texas is one of them. If you have a Texas license you can only fish Texas side of lake. Buy the 12.00 Texoma license and your good all over the lake. The Texoma license expires Dec 31. I am assuming you are from Texas.

No they don't. No tournament requires someone who is exempt to buy a license
