Oh I think there is plenty truth to it, just not totally convinced if it is the coaches or the players.

Paying Dak would be second only in stupidity to paying Zeke. I don't think Jerry will do it.

I believe I heard that Zekes contract can be voided after next season without a huge cap hit, unless he falls off a cliff( or keeps fumbling ) I don't see that happening.

Dallas has zero shot at Lawrence - the Jets have that virtually guaranteed with their winless record and worst coach in the league. Jerry will tag Prescott then cut him loose after yet another bad season for the team.

This is what I expect as well. It'll be two more years of mid-round picks with no ability to really improve, and cowboys fans just waiting for Jerry to die for the team to have a chance at success.

I would be willing to take a look at the Jets QB, I know Tony Romo was really high on him, he felt like he was the best QB in that draft, he beat Dak last year. Dak will probably be tagged ( unless he recovers really early ) next season like you said, depending on how well the team does will dictate weather or not they move on.
