Don't know who it was but highly unlikely you could get a number 1 for Dak unless it was in the lower rounds, if he had a reasonable contract you may come away with a decent pick, nada with the franchise tag on him.

On the initial hire press conferences they had, where Jerry and Stephen had him sandwiched in the middle and they were all giggling, he said something like "I just told Jerry what he wanted to hear, because I needed a job", he started giggling and I remember Stephen had this very fake giggle on his face, my "oh chit" meter went off.
