The coating comes from Walmart, I also picked up Smoky BBQ and Garlic Parmesan flavors.

The Honey Bourbon is a good different taste cheers

Hop: The flavor was good, different from most of the standard coatings, another good choice to put in the rotation.

Beer Money: I have not tried the gar/par yet or the smoky bbq

I will get to those in a week or so

This is my favorite wing recipe

2 lbs of chicken wings – separate the wing, drummet and tip – throw the tip away.
Combine the dry rub which consists of – 2 Tablespoons of Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt

Take the chicken wings and place into a one gallon zip lock bag and dump in 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, rub the wings around in the bag so that all of the wings are lightly coated with oil.
Dump in the combined dry rub once you have mixed it and again rub the wings around in the bag till they are all coated.
Add 4 tablespoons of Franks Hot Sauce into the bag and again rub around till everything is well mixed.
Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours and let it marinate.
Pre-heat oven to 375, place wings on a baking sheet and cook for 1 hour - add 10 minutes or more if you want them browned and a little crispy.

“Wing coating” has a very different meaning to a pilot...
