This tree washed up on my property when the lake was high. It looks like Pecan to me. What do y’all think? It would be great for my new smoker if it is!

Looks like Cedar Elm to me.
Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.

Pecan generally don't rot in the center like the elm

We were working Cows once. I was young and dumb back them. One of the old men told me. Boy go cut a pi.........s Elum Pole and hit that bull right between the ears if he tries to jump out the pen again.
Not Elm, but Elum, P........SS Elum.

Once they get going good you can put a 16 on Miller Lite can with cap down and it will launch out of there.
