The fifth meeting of the Ray Hubbard Bass Club will happen this Thursday night, October 8th at Bass Pro Shops in Garland. We will meet in the boats area downstairs in the store. The Store is closing at 8:00PM so we are moving our start time up to 6:30PM. You will need to wear a mask. Bass Pro is taking care of spacing us apart from each other to meet state and local requirements. If you are interested in joining the Club at this late date, we will have a reduced membership fee of $20. I will not be at this meeting as I will be in Shreveport on the Red River, but Shellye Crawford will be heading things up and will get you taken care of. PLEASE REMEMBER! NO MEETING POINTS ARE BEING AWARDED! We do not want someone to come to a public gathering if they are not comfortable doing so just to get the points. Also, if you are feeling sick in any way, please stay at home.

Topics will include results from our Cedar Creek tournament in September. Fishing was very tough so if you did well, come prepared to tell us a fishin story. We will talk about our tournament this coming Saturday. October 10th on Lake Texoma. Start time as dictated by our rules will be 7:05AM and we will running registration and weigh in out of Highport Marina. Registration and live well checks will start at 5:30AM. For full tournament information check the thread here in the Bass Clubs section. We will go over tournament day procedures, off limits areas and any rules particular to RHBC. We will do partner finder for Texoma so if you need a ride or a partner, let us know ASAP. We will decide on an end times for our Club Championship Tournament on Lake Bob Sandlin November 14-15. First cast both days will be 6:30

We will also go over Top 6 at Lake Ray Roberts. It was not our finest hour but the event was a lot of fun as always.

We will talk about Fish For A Cure! The date again is Sunday November 1st fishing from 7:00 - 3:00 on Lake Ray Hubbard with everything running out of Chandlers Landing. We need Club members to volunteer for Registration, livewell checks and weigh in to direct traffic and get participants where they need to go. Get in touch with me ASAP and let me know if you can help. We need teams to come out and fish! $150 entry fee! We need items donated to our prize drawing. We are going to take sponsorships if you are in a position to do so. Remember every sponsorship of $500 or more comes with at east one entry in to the tournament. If you cannot make it out that day, but would like to donate money to ACS in the name of FFAC, I will include a link at the bottom of this message to do so. Hoping as always you will come out in force to support this noble cause. Everyone's life has been touched in some way by cancer. Let's help do something about it!
