 "Frank The Tank" frog mod ?

Anybody care to share how is the best way to attach the barrel swivel to the frog for the paddle tail attachment. I see the split ring and center pin but the attachment inside the frog is what I'm referring too. The Teckel Sprinker frogs are all back ordered.

They run wire harness around the hook inside of the frog and then attach the swivel.
