He's put the Texans in a bad spot with his stupid GM decisions. IMO he's set this franchise back about 3yrs, they don't really have and good draft picks to help build the team
for a couple yrs.
He suked as a GM and he suked as a play caller and he suked as HC.
JJ was biting his tongue in his zoom presser after the game yesterday and I had a feeling something might be coming but I didn't think it was going to be today.
Oh well glad his arse is gone.

The guy was the biggest idiot in the league and his racial comments divided the team.
They should have pulled the trigger years ago, he's got us in such a mess with draft picks, and the team in general, it's gonna take years to recover from this fool.
