While the one officer will never see a day in jail, his life as a officer is over. Meaning, he know longer has a career. After he sues the city he won't need it, but it's bs he has any charge on him at all , as weak as it is. He's doing his job, if you would have done different lets hear about it.

What about the guy in the apartment with the gun pointed at the officer? Hello, do you actually look into the cases or just nah?

Responsibility for every shot....just the way it is, it's part of the job. I don't have any issue with the charge though it could be reduced. He's done being a policeman. She was not innocent of course and that huge settlement is sickening What was she guilty of?

She was on multiple jail house phone calls being identified as the money man for the dealers. She openly referred to the drug stash location and even drove the dealers there several times. As far as that EMS uniform they keep showing her in, well she was fired from that job for renting a car that was used in a murder. Funny but no one gave a damn about that guy being killed over drugs. I don’t believe that no knock warrants should continue in their current form but to believe that drugs don’t harm anyone is BS. Hell we have had two people shot over drug deals here just this week and we are just a mid sized city.

To be sure, I'm a huge opponent of no knock warrants for this very reason. too many innocents get killed for what? some drugs? it's just not right. Much agreement there!!
