That is a Class D felony. If convicted...1-5 years.

Not so sure.
In other circumstances...perhaps. In this racially charged atmosphere.....the black community will demand a pound of flesh. I think they get it.
Watch now for the public outcry to have federal civil rights violations charges brought.

To be sure, I'm a huge opponent of no knock warrants for this very reason. too many innocents get killed for what? some drugs? it's just not right.

Responsibility for every shot....just the way it is, it's part of the job. I don't have any issue with the charge though it could be reduced. He's done being a policeman. She was not innocent of course and that huge settlement is sickening
