if you ever need a mortgage, refi, give him a call. He worked us out a great deal even with me having some medical debt. He was also able to close the deal in about 20-25days. Now we get to move into our new house tomorrow. Thank you Ratz! That means a lot to me. I am so glad everything worked out for you. Not easy in todayโs market to sell and buy a home....

I've used Rockie 3 times over the past few years. 2 refi's and a new purchase. He's been awesome. On my new purchase he actually made the drive down to always beautiful Ennis to be there at closing. It's not just Rockie. It's his team. The crew in his office are fantastic to work with. I've sent them flowers every time.
Quick story: Trickster likes quick stories:
Couple/Few years ago I was doing a refi with Rockie. He sent me some numbers on a Friday. By the time I got to look at them it was Friday night. I emailed him back with a few questions. A few minutes later he called me. He was at his sons high school football game or something. He walked out of the game an went over all my questions with me. Could have easily waited until Monday. Nothing critical on my questions. He went the extra mile.

Rock is a great dude and great fisherman. When I was getting into the LMB game he took me, along with his son Trey, up the river on LRH. He didn't know me from Adam. It was a generous gift to an almost stranger.
He also has the Ultimate Key West experience for those looking to get away. His nephew is a beast of a guide down there and they have a great house and everything. Five stars all the way.
