Did some occasional Granger fishing last year, then was off the water until a month ago. Recently, went to Granger probably too late in the morning and didn't catch much. But it seems like there are a lot more gar there than last year. To the more experienced, are gar populations growing there? I couldn't seem to get away from them and I guess they scare away the other fish?

Clark Several of the lakes I have been to recently seem to either have far more active gar, or a much larger population than before.
