Just got a new calorie and fat counter book. Holy smokes! They must have the most unhealthy food of all

Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken 2290 calories, 154 fat grams, and 142 carbs
Godiva chocolate cheesecake, 1400 calories, 105 fat grams and 110 carbs

five guys aint good either. very eye opening.

Vienna Sausage is 260 calories per 1 can of 7 sausages. Is that good or bad?

Cheesecake Factory is a place that shows up on the list(s) of restaurants putting out high calorie food. As mentioned Chili's has some real winners too. Another chain that is up there with 'em is IHOP.

I would bet the executives/management teams of these places cringed when they were required to start putting these numbers on their menus.
