Some of the best dam hog head cheese comes straight outta Chalmette. Is the REALLY such a thing as โbestโ hogs head cheese? My FIL took me to a place there a long time ago and picked some up. I was skeptical to try it, it was different, but not bad. Went well with the old fashions his buddy made at fish camp.
