Texas rigged baby brush hog with 1/4 oz tungsten weight, not pegged. Watermelon candy, watermelon seed, watermelon red...watermelon anything, tail dipped in chartreuse. 12 months a year.

All of the above for me and I’ll add swim baits especially on a light under spin. I’ll be winding something most the time until the big fronts start showing up.

For those of you hammerin' those traps, are yall slow rolling them like a spinnerbait mostly, or is it day to day type thing? Bouncing off rocks?

Anything shad colored with an off white/grayish/silver/purplish belly. Bone is a good color also.
