Baghdad and Fallujah had some people who weren’t happy to see us. Kabal and Jalalabad too. Sounds like Philly, without the cheesesteak.

We had a great experience in Cusco. Was it the sellers in the markets that were rude?

Philadelphia by a long margin, in my opinion. I'd have to agree with this. And I think NYC gets a bad rap based only on perception. I've been there a number of times and have never been treated rudely by anyone.

I did learn back in the 90's you don't wear Dallas Cowboy attire in Pittsburg....(not Texas)

Jamaican pan handlers are the worst in the world. I was going to say that most every place I've been seemed to have friendly people (excluding driving) Then you reminded me of the pan handlers in Jamaica. At least when we were there, most offered some kind of scam hustle in with their panhandling. Yep, that horde on cruise ship day is some rude people. They were riding buses from Kingston to Ocho Rios to hustle people on the days that cruise ships were arriving. that was over 30 years ago so probably much worse now.

Dublin, Ireland. Some parts of NJ D.C. I had a great experience in Dublin. Paris is awful. Crawling with gypsies and generally unpleasant people. Agree with others, folks outside of Paris have been great. Nicest people? Maybe people in India frankly. Maybe they are just nice there, maybe they'll just do anything for next to nothing and that makes them seem nice. As I remember you could get a personal driver for the day there for like 3 US dollars.
