As you are probably aware, there is no minimum size for cats on Tawakoni. So you can catch and keep a whole basket of 10-16" fish pretty easily. We put in at the 2 Mile West ramp, go fish the pillars randomly under the bridge, go across to East end of the bridge, and go North into the submerged timber. We caught limits on Sonny's punch bait, and Garlic/Cherry Kool Aid soaked hot dogs.

Unlike the map the other guys provided, the map I posted shows you where to look out for submerged timber Bentman. Your sketch is correct.
