Sittin here taking my chemo but Im sure wishin I was fishin. Yall keep the fishing stories and pics comming. Excellent write up Lane! Hopefully I will be ready for the fall bite.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes and prayers....truly appreciated. I'll be back chasing the thump in 4 or 5 weeks hopefully. Just about the time for the weather to get right. Meanwhile, I 'll just keep catching them through your post and pics. Thanks again!

I wanted badly to show you a successful crappie catch tonight, but the thunderstorms this morning made us change our direction. Went to the deer lease instead and sweated like a logging mule !
