Hey all....I need some help. I have 3 different pairs of glasses that are all less than a year old with 2 of the pairs less than 2 months old. I have been trying for a month to get a warranty claim in and they want it done online which isn't working for me. Does anyone have a back door way to get with someone at Costa? I'm frustrated because I can't get anyone on the phone and I have quality many issues. Thanks in advance !

or are glasses like rods even if you sit on them its warranty? Nosepiece and side rubbers (probably not technical terms) wear or come loose - Costa will warranty. Mine broke at the side of the frame and the earpiece - I sent them in for repair with a note saying it was my fault and they repaired no charge. A bit of a pain to fill everything out and send in but they went above and beyond as far as taking care of the issues (even when it was my fault). This was before they were bought out, I've heard they are still going through some transition issues after the buy-out and service and product are a little slower but still moving forward.

Ear piece broke off at the hinge on pair #1 and 2 of the pairs frame broke in the same exact spot above the lens. I'm not hard on them and keep them in cases when not in use. Never have had this many issues with their glasses. I absolutely love Costa products just never have had any issues with them over the last 10-15 years.

One of the best companies as far as customer service that I have ever dealt with. No receipt, doesn't matter where you bought them or when.........they charge a fair price for the wear and tear items and nothing for issues deemed to be theirs............and I get back what appears to be a brand new pair. Love it.

To the original post, I also have had problems using the new online process. I took pictures and uploaded as asked. Problem is that I wear them so much the numbers rubbed off. Anyone have their address so I can just send them with my info?

"Unfortunately, our Repair Program is currently unavailable. We are working as quickly as possible to make the program available again. We apologize for the inconvenience. In the meantime, you can get 30% off a replacement pair of new sunglasses by submitting a claim below."
This is what it says on the very bottom of the customer service part of their website when you try to start the return process...

How long have they been owned by Luxottica? The last time I sent a pair in was about a year ago no problem at all.

It took about four weeks but I got a brand new pair back last week. The lenses were scratched and one of the screws on the earpiece kept backing out. They also did the same for my wife's six month ago. I'd say the customer service is still spot on.

My optometrist quit carrying there brand. Said it was taking up to 3 months to get a pair of Rx glasses back for new or replacement lenses.
