FYI...... There will be NO printed manual for the year 2020-2021.......Only an app and online version will be available. WHY? #19 caused this.
Proposed Saltwater Reg. Changes
1. Changing minimum length of flounder from 14" to 15" (recreational and commercial)
2. No flounder fishing from Nov.1 - Dec.15
3.Paddle craft course requirements

Budget and lack of interest. Most of the printed copies stayed at the license store or were thrown away. I think it is a smart move.

Yeah, I have the app and it’s so much handier to have than the book. Haven’t used the book since I discovered the app.
