across the street...couple of old farts live on the water with docks...me and a case of beer will go visit on my 1st trip I do like that house, how close to the water?

our new (to us, built in 2019) lake house on TB...survived the hurricane...haven't closed on the property yet tho...boat not included~~~!!!~~~ needs fenced back yard, garage, patio...more pictures as we progress ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2020/08/full-93089-64938-000.jpg) Is it on waterfront or ? How much does something like that go for? How much acreage? Not trying to be nosey but intrested lakes around here are way more populated than I want. However I do like Richland Chambers itโs not bad

Nice looking house, that would be great place to retire. My Dad and I fished TB back in the early 70's when it still had timber. We took our camper and stayed at Harvey's next to Huxley Bay. We would run down river towards the Chicken Coop or Doyle English and tear up the Crappie.
