When I bought my first house in 1998 every doc at closing had Jeffery. My legal name is Jeffrey. Do you know how many times your name appears in all the various docs at closing?
As I started to go through and correct and initial each error in every doc the Title Co tried to tell me that wasn't necessary. I informed them that I was in the mortgage business. Specifically, I was in Compliance (documents) and I was either going to do it or stand up and walk away from the deal.
There were some unhappy people.

Yep ,no realtor too. Dealt with owner and they paid title company.

My son moved yesterday. Good Gosh, those movers worked their tails off in some extremely hot weather. Can’t say enough about those guys.
