I'm looking to target some flatheads at night and im wondering if anyone knows of a safe, accessible place that offers some good bank fishing around the Irving/dallas area.

I know a shoreline on Lewisville with giant boulders that holds good flatheads and is accessible to fish at night. It is behind the frisbee golf course between Lewisville fishing barge and Lake Park. You can park at the frisbee golf and walk 75yrds to the shore.

There is a fine line between fishing and floating around like an idiot!!

Ray Hubbard has some good accessible bank fishing spots for flatheads. Check out around the I-30 bridge area, rocky shorline.

Now for the best days to YellowCat fishing will be found in my Catfish Calendar. Two items will be the YC days of the Calendar, and my separate PYC days. See the thread (somewhere from page 1 thru page 4 of the listings) titled "Lynn's Catfish Calendar". For a few pics by those who use the Calendar, see the 2017 thread (links from mid-2010 thru 2020 are found usually in January of each yearly thread).
