Some cars now require you to unscrew the caliper. I have that tool with the different sizes.
........and a couple large C clamps.

Make an insurance claim. Usually windshields are their own entity. Usually no deductible to fix it. I’m sure they would rather have you fix it than have a wreck because of it

Mine is $100 to replace, but free to fix if it's smaller than a quarter.
