 Boatlanes Lake Fork Lowrance Version

During installation, I get to importing and when it reaches 6% it kicks out to the Lowrance start up screen and reboots. When I load the chart, no boatlanes. Any help or direction appreciated. I've looked at their website and youtube videos without finding any help,.I have hds9 gen 2's, Thanks
