Fished the lake for the 2nd time ever today. Went out from sun up till 11am. Took a dad from church and his 16 year old son. We boated well over 150 whites today. Dad said he has been trying to get his son on this kind of action for 16 years. Caught fish on big slabs little slabs tail spinners #2 Mepps DC style. Didn’t matter they hit it all. Stuck mainly with slabbing since they were hitting the big 2 oz prunpicker style from m t pockets. Not sure what all the place are called where I caught fish. I’m sure you all will know some from the graph pics to come. Fun day of catching and putting some friends that don’t get to fish that often at all on some good fish.

Thanks fellas. Always fun fishing a new lake and finding fish. May be more fun finding and locating fish than catching sometimes. Sure a lot of u all can relate. Half the fun is the hunt. Oh yeah whip keep your 👀s peeled for me in the spring of 2021 on that HGTV!!!
