 What app do you use to manage waypoints ?

I just backed up my waypoints from my Lowrance unit. Looking for a way to load and manage them on the computer,

PS any idea how to get them from PC to IPAD ?

Use Garmin Homeport app - it's free.
PS: Once your wpts are saved (two backups - one on the computer, another on a card/memory stick) do not forget to Purge. Deleting wpts does not completely remove them from the unit's internal memory, Purge does providing faster processing and eliminating wrap-around memory issues in the future.
