 Bass boat title question

If I buy a used boat from AL and get the title with it, do I keep that title when I go to register and pay sales tax on it? Since I’m getting a loan for the purchase, do I send the title to my bank?

If you're registering it in Texas new Titles titles will be issued with lean holder. Generally the lean holder will hold them until the note it paid in full then release them.

if you are using a bank, they should explain the process...be sure and ask.
