Ordered my first pair of supposidly good polaroid glasses in years in April. Received in June with no tint, no sunglass, no polarization. Sent back and am still waiting. Called them when sent back in June and called again in early July. Said they would put a rush on them.

Now going on 4 months and nothing. No I don't want my money back I just want the d----- glasses.

I ordered a pair in mid May and rec'd them around the end of May. Glasses were as ordered. I discovered that they only shipped on two days a week back then.

Reminds me of a China knock-off order.

Their customer service is a 7 outta 10, but their glasses just plain suck. I have two pairs, one is unwearable Rx lenses and the other I was told to “limit exposure to the sun, as it causes the lenses to delaminates”. Hahaha. Ummmm SUNglasses.

I'm not sure that they really understand what products they are marketing. I had a pair that took a hit by a bug on my motorcycle. The bug guts melted the mirror off the glasses. When I called them, they said "well, they are not intended to take hits like that. No warranty" Um, what? These are MOTORCYCLE glasses and don't your commercials say they are super ballistics tested and proven or whatever?

I’ve had the same pair for years that I wore everyday in the oil field. Switched the lenses to RX and a few years later got lasik so switched back to regular polarized lenses. I ordered from a local dealer and it took at least a month for the lenses to come in. Now they are delaminating. Never had any issues with the older lenses but the new ones are garbage. Looks like their quality has gone down. I won’t be purchasing another pair.

Tight lines and God bless.

I guess they don’t stand behind their products like they used to. I bought some around 8 years ago and my dog chewed up the frames beyond repair. I called their customer service and told them exactly what happened and they sent me some new frames within the week

Are they owned by Luxottica yet? Could be the issue.

Had a pair that de-laminated. Sent then back and got a new pair within a couple of weeks free of charge.
