There are consequences for irresponsible actions, or at least there should be. I think she got off light and should do her 5 or 6 years she will likely serve and reset her life.

I really don't know how they convicted her of murder. I believe that she committed manslaughter - but I don't see murder.
What bothers me the most on this is that the incident is being referred to as a police brutality. IMO, the "police force" had nothing to do with this one. just a very mistaken citizen.

Did she murder someone no. I think a man is dead for NO good reason and someone she pay. I do think she needs to pay the consequences just not real sure what that should be on this.
She will pay the rest of her life thinking about this.
Real bad situation. I feel for the man’s family sad deal

The city was dismissed from the civil damages suit, so AG is the only defendant. It appears a judgement will be pretty worthless unless there is a movie deal.

She got more than most drunk drivers who kill someone. Messed up system. She didn't break any laws on purpose, and it's not like she's a risk to do it again when she gets out. Unfortunate situation, but if she gets 10 years, drunk drivers should get 30 if they kill someone.

Disagree on the establishment owners, it should be on the individual who chose to consume to provide their own safe transportation, and that's not hard to do these days

People should be responsible on their own.
