So why when presented with evidence that Tom Monsoor had his girlfrend fishing with him (by the way she is a local hammer up there) during the 30 day Restricted Access period as outlined in their own rules (Rule #5), which is in direct violation of rule number 5, did they choose to completely ignore the pro's that brought this violation to their attention?

5. RESTRICTED ACCESS • Thirty (30) days prior to the first practice day (unless noted below to avoid a holiday) until the start of the off-limits, pros are only permitted on tournament waters alone or accompanied by another pro in the tournament, a member of their immediate family (mother, mother-in-law father, father-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, grandparent, grandchild or spouse), approved domestic partner, approved sponsor representatives, approved youth age 18 or younger, or approved media representatives. Under no circumstance may a person accompanying a pro on tournament waters fish or assist with locating fish. With prior approval from the tournament director, pros may participate as pros/boaters in FLW, Major League Fishing and other pro/am tournaments featuring random partner draws during this period. Maybe they knew and she was approved. I don’t know but it sounds like if he had their permission it would be ok.

Nevermind I found it, that rule is why he decided not to take the BASS legends exemption in 2019 and fished with FLW instead, halfway through the video, FLW its still ok to practice with spouse

Alton Jones got DQ'd when he had Jr. fishing with him in practice. But I don't remember what trail it was. This happened years ago when Jr. was still a kid if I remember right.
