This kind of showed up in the photo section. Which is the toughest or least favorite lake that you have or may occasionally fish?
Mine was Monticello before it was shut down. Fished it several times because my fishing buddy liked it and have caught a few there, but not nearly as rewarded as I felt I should have been based on the effort.

I've never done well on Ray Hubbard.
But the current lake would be Boerne City Lake.

I can catch all the carp I could ever want, but can't find crappie to save my life. Nothing I try works on Granbury. That lake hates me.

+1 for Benrook, it is one tough nut to crack.
I live 8 min from Benbrook and usually will fish other lakes because it so hit or miss for me there, 9 times out of 10 a miss for me

Sweet water I have had a 25 fish evening on Sweetwater, before it dang near went completely dry 10 or so years ago. My buds out there say itโs the Dead Sea now
