My son-in-law and a good friend of mine are always finding stuff at these places like scotty cameran putters, name brand rods and reels, sound bars etc... I find stuff like cheese graters and ash trays, have y’all ever found anything of value

Paid $100 for a Weber Genesis gas grill at a Goodwill store in North Dallas once. You couldn't even tell whether it had ever even been fired up.

I have bought a lot of stuff at them. You never know what you'll find. I bought a like-new Wilson golf bag once for $3. I buy golf shirts often to work, BBQ, and fish in for $2-3. Wear them till they get stained and throw away. Estate sales are also a good source.

Found a tackle box once that had about 10 original Wiggle Warts in it. Had them repainted and still using most of the ones I have not lost yet.

I dont go in them cause you will find fleas and bed bugs if you arent careful

When I was starting High School, I found a $100 flute to use on the parking lot/practice "field" for marching band. It looked awful but sounded great and saved my $1,000 flute from potential damages.
