I've had a couple on my neck that my shirts rubbed and got very sensitive to the point of pain. Mrs RayBob made up an essential oil concoction that dried 'em up in a couple of days.

Had several pop up years ago ( neck , armpit , waist and crotch) . Used clear fingernail polish . Haven't had one since then .

They sell de tag kits at all the local pharmacies. However, I think a soldering iron would make short work of those.

I just pinch them off with nail clippers. arm pit, neck, under my eye. Not sure about the nether regions... guess I'll get the lil woman to check.

Had my yearly dermatologist visit earlier this year so while I was there had him cut/burn some off with an electric knife like gizmo. The smell of your own burning flesh is not pleasant but it didn't hurt at all due to the deadening shots. Well when the shots wore off, the second degree burn area around the third degree craters hurt like a big dog. The pre-cancer spots he froze off were a piece of cake compared to the skin tags.
