I am needing to figure out what the issue is, the shoulder bolts keep coming loose/falling into the lake, driving me insane. Additionally, does anyone know where I could pick up replacements in DFW area without having to wait for shipping times?

I had one with a similar issue I went to fastenal and got the next size bolt up. And then taped the mount and didnt have any issues for the next year. I still have but haven't used it in about 3 months
