For sure banker, a Tracker would be ideal. But my budget won't make that happen. I pulled the trigger on a Home Depot trailer tonight. Next I will get the boat. Woohoo!!

I have a similar boat to that now. I use it on smaller lakes, rivers, creeks. Bass Hunter Bass Baby.
I would rather fish out of this boat than my "bass boat". So stealthy. And such a pleasure to fish in.
Does very well with two people. I have side scan sonar and trolling motor for it. It is DEADLY !!
It comes with wheels built into the back of it which makes it easy to load in the pickup and launch at the water body.

Awesome stuff Doc! Thanks for sharing. Tractor Supply trailers were too expensive for me. I think the one I got will work. How long is your boat? I want to get a 10', I'm thinking 8' would be too short.

i have the sun dolphin 8. and changed out to padded seats from wmart. Have been in the boat up to 8 hrs. Git rid of them hard plastic seats. The wmart padded seats a few years ago were like 39 bucks, standard 4 inch pattern.

Apparently Sun Dolfin is closing shop, and these style of boats are practically no where to be seen for sale. I don't know what I am going to do now. hammer

The Bass Baby is 8 feet long. A well designed 8 feet. I would check out this boat. I researched all of the available small boats like this before choosing this one. Many good design features including a one piece hull.
Not a clam shell design which can be prone to cracking and leaking. There are a number of good reviews done on the Bass Baby on YouTube. You can always contact me by PM if you wish.
