 Gulf Shores inshore guide??

For many years, every vacation took the family deep sea or inshore fishing. This year, with covid and income issues, still headed to the beach, Gulf Shores, but wanted to see if anyone had a suggestion of how to find an inshore trip without paying $400-500. Maybe go to the docks and look for captains with no trips and negotiate? Maybe someone knows a less expensive, but quality guide? I'm taking my 16 year old who only fishes because he knows it makes me happy. Any help is appreciated. Would rather not go on a big boat with 50 people.
