So i finally joined the 21st century with a new Garmin. My question or concern is the lack of detail on Sidevu. I passed a few of my known brush piles and could barely see them. On ClearVu they look great. I hope its just a setting.

I will go check and see. I never adjusted anything. I plugged it in and took off. Thanks for the help!

what unit are you running...also be sure the unit is setting straight and level on the boat...and has a good
look left and right with no obstruction,.(m0tor)...if its new, be sure and register it on line.
Then you can call tech support for help..
