Anyone around Fort Worth lift or are involved with fitness? I'm looking to get back into shape I am not in Ft. Worth but what are you looking for specifically? May have some contacts I can recommend.

Me and my wife joined a gym earlier this year. Then Ronna said you aint gonna. We just now started back. We enjoy going together.
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.
