Royale Legend Elite in 6.6. I like it. But then again, who am I?

I've tried a few. I wouldn't waste my money again. They may be good for someone who fishes a few times a year, maybe even once a month. I fish several days a week, and they just don't hold up.

I don't like one thing about KastKing: they pretend to be "cheap", but in reality it is absolutely wrong! Expensive. For the price, I can buy much more reliable + reputable Okuma (just one name for example) ______________________________________ Not to say my 21yo Shimano Baitrunner 4500 ($100.0) is still running like new! 100s fish over 20lb on it's list both ocean and fresh water. One fix (5 minutes, done myself) for all this long life. No replacements, even drags are original. ______________________________________ No way you can expect KastKing to be like that. Simple

I've had two casters that were pretty much junk, 1 clicked when reeling in but cast like a dream. The other one was impossible to get magnets/spool tension set in any manner as to not backlash. I sent them both back. Had 2 spinning that are decent, but the one's with graphite frames twist when you have a decent fish on. I will not buy anymore KastKings.

I have a buddy that swears by them. I tried hem out and would say they're about as good as Abu mid range gear. For me I would go with the Lew reel over the kastking it just seems like the bearings are little better at the price points. Or save up and buy a nice Daiwa tatula reel. That's my go to reel now.

I have one baitcasting reel and it is trash... it locks up half the time. And this is the second one. They replaced the first one. and first trip out it started locking up
I have a spinning reel that has caught plenty of fish and it is decent. But like previously said, spend the same amount of money on a more reputable brand. Possibly 13 fishing, I have had good luck with some of their cheaper reels

I have a good friend that makes a living repairing reels. When Kast King reels first came out (at a very good price), he tore one down and inspected every part in the reel. Cheap junk.
