Prices here were up a few weeks ago but are steadily returning to normal.

I noticed that also. I was as Sam's a few weeks ago and 90/10 was cheaper than 80/20. Bought several packages and divided and vacuum sealed then in the freezer it went.

With the heat, the time limit is too short to utilize!

Albertsons will run 80/20 on sale for either $2.99 or $3.99/lb if you watch their sale ads.

Nice but I thought you had it done at Uranus Meat Processing which would have been gross.
