Having their guns seized should alarm anyone, maybe not the brainwashed sheep.

In my mind the right to protest does not extend to the residences of private citizens and this needs to but tested in the courts. The right to defend ones home should be absolute. I like to think about what I would do if an angry mob enters my yard possibly intent on destroying my home especially with wife and kids there. I would shoot and not think twice about it.

Many situations are deescalated by pointing a gun at someone without pulling the trigger.

Don't think gun seizure will hold up in District Court. On the other hand, I saw no since in waving them around and hollering at the protesters either. They could have easily displayed their weapons in a non-threatening manner, remained calm and achieved the same results.

I'm glad we have some level headed people in this World. But lets see what would happen when it is YOUR house.

Now the entire world knows who they are, what they do and where they live and their firearms have just been seized. Nice work, everybody.

I think the difference in Texas law is here we have the right to use deadly force to protect property . That is not the norm around the country in fact Texas stands alone in this.

We've all heard of cases where people were arrested for shooting a burglar or someone inside their residence. In many states you can be arrested for merely brandishing a firearm in public or out in the open in a threatening manner.

So I do agree with these attorneys actions (except the dumbarsed woman pointing her little pistol around like a laser pointer) but they will be criminally liable and could lose their right to own a firearm at all. Bad mojo right thar!

Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

Unfortunately, I experienced much greater threats in the Persian Gulf.

I think you also need to remember that these people were abandoned by law enforcement.

If I recall the story and it was not talked about much by the media, only head/read one. They got their weapons out when they where threatened by two of the protesters that had hand guns, both of which I recall the media said to be white males. With that said, you can't belive anything ya hear and only half of what ya see.

Its pretty bad when you can't stop someone from coming on your property with bad intentions. I do belive if these folks, Libs or not would have have stopped these protersters they would torn up their property and may not have killed them but they sure might have roughed them up pretty good.

If two of the protesters had guns, they were up to no good.

Thanks, Billy

I'm glad they aren't my neighbors. Can do without that kind of attention and reaction. They need to chill out at their pool with a couple of Coronas.

Bingo

Other than poor gun handling, I have no problem with what they did

Those hillbilly’s were on their own, no police protection, and they had seen on the news like most of us The damage and violence that those protesters were capable of-
If you want to lay down like the Jews did in Germany to hitler that you have said we would have been better off Losing to, you go ahead-
At least those hillbillies had some stones-

What has happed to you does not define who you are-

HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!
