Tried to put together a video to explain how I use my thumper this time of year. Fish were chasing shad into the coves off the main lake and there were boat shows everywhere. I don't like to chase the schools and instead thump structure close to where the schools were chasing shad to see if they will suspend there or simply follow their buffet. The schools were moving pretty fast but I was able to thump in a few fish in a couple of different spots. Nothing like a couple of weeks ago when we were hooking doubles and triples but still a fun day. https://youtu.be/eqGKlVAI66M
