Water, mineral oil and various other types of liquids, I never got into liquid cooling
I had the pleasure of recovering a system once where the mineral oil got loose, everytime
you think you got it all cleaned up you find more.... not for me
These days I run a Intel core 2 duo rated at 3.2 ghz at 4.5 ghz with just case fans and aftermarket cpu cooler.

Kicker16, I did not build that particular one it is a stock photo image However that is a good weekend project by the time you run and connect all the power splitters and 4 pin molex connectors UGLYSHCTICK: when I came up with that handle because of the circumstances it was intended to be DA Fan Man

Robert, your post reminded me of the over clocked celeron 300a i was also running at 450.
Man that was a long time ago. I think i only had 2 fans on mine. That was my first and only built from the ground up machine. There was a forum i think it was called hardware hot talk or something that was a pretty wild and crazy place for overclocking folks.

Banker: I remember that trip very well Jon: There were a lot of hardware enthusiast forums back in the day and those were good times, I used to be a Mod at pcperspective.com and ran the Gigabyte motherboard section.. Do you remember when Maximum Pc magazine, formerly know as Boot magazine used to include a cd or dvd loaded with all kinds of software?
