I recently removed an 8' Power pole Sportsman 11 from my Bassboat because it just was not a practical application for the type of fishing that I do & It was on the boat when I purchased it. The Power Pole brackets were installed between the Manual Jackplate & the motor and had to be taken off which I did. I reattached the motor (150 hp merc ) to the manual Jackplate and now the question is How much ft lbs. of torque is recomended for the for the bolts. I don`t want to have a catastrophic event such as a motor falling off to happen out there. Anyone have a ball park idea ?? BTW: the power pole is for sale!!
