Paul brought his grand daughters to Palestine to try and get them on their first crappie and it didn’t take long! Mom came along for help and snack duty! I had a blast watching these 2 go back and forth taking turns hauling in slabs! They were laughing and giggling so much running down the lake I hated to stop the boat on brushpiles! We fished hand tied jigs in 12-22’ of water tipping some with cut minnow pieces. I got some minnows mainly for entertainment but we put em to good use! The girls had fun picking out cute minnows to use for fish food trying to catch king size slabs and tossing back the mini slabs! I think I had more fun than they did! They lasted a little over 4 hours before A/C and popsicles won out but not before they boxed 42 slabs to take home for a fish fry! Thanks again for coming fishing with me ya’ll!!

As for availability due to some schedule changes I have Friday the 24th and 25th of July open and 3 Sunday’s in August still. 9th 16th and 23rd as well as limited weekday availability. If you want to get in on some hot fishing give me a shout.

Thanks ya'll! Quachita river was hot but we caught some good fish. Don't feel like it will be near enough but I got one more swing at it before tourney day. I still have Friday the 24th of July and that Sat the 25th available with a schedule change. I have 2 Sundays left in August and some weekday availability then as well. It's hot but so is the fishing!
