I live in Alvarado (south of Fort Worth and east of Cleburne) anybody of any good places to go kayaking and kayak fishing near me I will drive about an hour if I need to

You can drive down to Wheeler Branch in Glen Rose. There were about 50 kayaks at the lake the last time is was there.

Yeah I live about five minutes from Alvarado lake and my family has a private lot and boat launch there, just looking for other places to go as well

When you go "somewhere else", can I go to your private lot and boat launch? I've never been there before.

There's a small lake in Cleburne State Park. No wake lake so it would be good for kayaking.
